MOJITO
1.Put the sugar in the bottom of a glass and pour the citrus juice over to just cover it. Add 2 long sprigs of mint. Muddle (gently pound) the juice, sugar and mint.
2. Add ice to the top of the glass, fill the glass two-thirds full with soda water.
3. Add the rum.
4. Stir and add a dash of Angostura bitters.
5. Top with slices of lime.
