Bourbon Balls (Genuine)
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
1 cup pecans, finely shopped
1½ cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
2 oz. Kentucky bourbon
1½ Tablespoons light corn syrup
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients, reserving ½ cup of powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, blend bourbon and corn syrup. Combine wet and dry liquids until well blended. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Spread remaining ½ cup of sugar into cookie sheet. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar. Store in airtight container.
